In order to give you the best user experience possible, it is necessary for us to collect some information. We collect the following:

To create an account, we collect and receive basic information like your email address, name, and depending on how you choose to authenticate, public information from your social media account. An account is not required and is not needed to use the basic features of the app.
- Usage data. We collect and log data on how you and others access and use CMC RIMS, for example, viewing the maps, location details, and other views within the app.
- Location information. If you choose to share your location, we use it to show your location on the map.
- Device information. We collect information about the type of device and the operating system on your device (iOS or Android).
How does CMC RIMS use my information?
We are committed to protecting the privacy of your information. Below, we describe the ways in which we use the information we collect and receive to provide, maintain, and improve the app.

- Measure app usage data to improve your user experience.

We may share user data with third such as analytics tools and third party SDKs. In this event, the third parties will provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this privacy policy and the App Store/Play Store guidelines.
Data Retention/Deletion Policies
We will retain your data as long as you have a user account. You can delete your account at any time. If you choose to delete your account, all your user data will be deleted.
